1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j3l Casino ("j3l," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the j3l Casino website located at https://j3l.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the j3l Casino Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of j3l Casino, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of j3l Casino, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on j3l Casino. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. j3l Casino employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j3l Casino account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify j3l Casino immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. j3l Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

j3l Casino reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

j3l Casino is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. By registering on j3l Casino, you consent to these verification procedures and agree to cooperate fully with any requests for documentation.

j3l Casino may request the following documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, where required.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of your j3l Casino account until verification is completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j3l Casino are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j3l Casino supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at j3l Casino's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on j3l Casino:

• Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your j3l Casino account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. j3l Casino aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment channel selected. GCash withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.
• Matching Requirement: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorized fund transfers.
• Currency: j3l Casino does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All amounts must be in Philippine Peso.
• Fees: j3l Casino does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which j3l Casino bears no responsibility.

j3l Casino reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such delay through their registered contact details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

j3l Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. j3l Casino reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.

• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other means – will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.

j3l Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on j3l Casino are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all j3l Casino games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions. j3l Casino does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. j3l Casino will not reverse or cancel a bet once it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, j3l Casino's system will attempt to complete the round using the last valid game state recorded. j3l Casino is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. j3l Casino reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Jackpot wins and large payouts may be subject to additional verification before funds are credited to a player's account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j3l Casino and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one j3l Casino account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with j3l Casino games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with j3l Casino's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j3l Casino staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the j3l Casino Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of j3l Casino or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the j3l Casino Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the j3l Casino Platform without the prior written consent of j3l Casino.

The j3l Casino name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of j3l Casino. You may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written permission of j3l Casino.

10 Privacy & Data

j3l Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using j3l Casino, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j3l Casino implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and j3l Casino cannot guarantee absolute data security.

j3l Casino will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to confidentiality obligations, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

j3l Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered j3l Casino players:

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j3l Casino, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the j3l Casino Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

j3l Casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j3l Casino account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j3l Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

13 Termination

j3l Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your j3l Casino account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses – shall survive the termination of your j3l Casino account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

j3l Casino operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of j3l Casino complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.

15 Amendments

j3l Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j3l Casino will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of j3l Casino following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using j3l Casino and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
